Thanks to Austin360, I’ve been able to compile a nice list of free SXSW side events. All the ones I’ve listed do not require a badge to attend. Check ‘em out. If you want to go, RSVP as soon as possible.

March 7:
Gabrieldoes … South by Southeast - live music, free drinks, cheap food at Cazamance, 6-10 p.m. RSVP via Facebook.

March 9:
State of Now Party sponsored by TextPlus - at Lanai, 7-9 p.m. Free sushi by Roll On Sushi.

Startup Weekend, Zaarly & Twilio SXSWi Party – at Kingdom, 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Free drinks and live music. RSVP does not guarantee entry; first come, first serve.

GuideHop SXSWi Party - 9-11 p.m. at Jackalope. Free drinks. No RSVP required.

Party At Trover’s Live Graffiti Gallery – nightly March 9-12, 6-9 p.m., East Side Drive-In. Free drinks; come express yourself with graffiti.

Beauty Bar X - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day March 10-12 (till 2 p.m. on March 12). Women only party, but can bring male guests. Manicures, massages and beauty consults. RSVP for more event details as date nears.

March 10:
SpareFoot + Uncle Bob’s present: SPARE BEATS - 2 p.m., Molotov Lounge. Live music, drink specials and food from The Dogwood.

Copyblogger Computer Blue Party – 8 p.m., The Rattle Inn. Free drinks from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. and 80s music all night long.

PearHaven Happy Hour Launch Party – 5-8 p.m., The Madison. Free drinks, food, music and giveaways. RSVP on Facebook.

March 11:
South by Streetwise – 5-7 p.m., The Side Bar. Free drinks.

Boxee SXSW Kegger 2012 – 1-6 p.m. Details are spotty, but looks to include free food & drinks. RSVP to get more details as date approaches.

March 12:
GeekyBeach Party SXSW12 - Roial Nightclub, 9 p.m. Free drinks, swag and more. RSVP list is full, but you can add yourself to the waitlist.

March 14:
Sennheiser & Paste Present The Stages on Sixth – Noon to 6 p.m. every day through March 16. Free beer, wine & gin while it lasts; 11 bands play per day.

IODA at SXSW - 12-6 p.m., The Red Eyed Fly. Free beer and music.

Critical Sun @ SXSW 2012 – 5-hour music showcase from 1-6 p.m.; benefits Williamson County Animal Shelter. No RSVP required.

March 15:
Aquarium Drunkard SXSW Day Party - noon to 8 p.m., Hype Hotel. Free music and drinks. Stay tuned for RSVP details.

17th St Party at the Rail – 12-7 p.m., PeopleFund building. Free beer from Live Oak Brewing, live music.

CORE Power Day Party – Skinny’s Ballroom, noon. Free food, swag and drinks. No RSVP required.

March 16:
We are Columbus Ohio Music Showcase - Treehouse Pub, 1 p.m. – 2 a.m. See Ohio bands; enjoy free food. No RSVP required.

Requiemme Mgmt and Devil Dolls Booking SXSW Day Party – Jackalope Bar, 12-6 p.m. Free music and beer all day. No RSVP required.

March 17:
Kevchino.com presents Maison d’Etoile’s Austin Party - 12-8 p.m., East Austin (location TBA). Free beer and music; local food trucks on hand. RSVP via Facebook.

Do512 and Shiner Present: The Big One 2012 - 12 p.m., The Belmont. Bands and complimentary beverages from: Shiner Beer, Deep Eddy Vodka, Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort. RSVP on Do512.
